Rawat Niwas, a residential bungalow project on the edge of Selaqui - Dehradun, seeks to transform area of old designs with a modern inspirational design. The 1 Biswa property, is near SIIDCUL, the government of Uttarakhand enterprise which promotes industries and develops industrial infrastructure in the State. Rawat Architects lead the overall design of Rawat Villa with a team of highly qualified collaborators. Including Estimation, Survey, Interior designing, 3D representation and SADA approval.
The planned 5 room/2 floor residential bungalow is at Selaqui Dehradun. Its located near ICFAI university in Central Hope Town.
The bungalows design responds to its unique urban context, creating light, spacious residence with panoramic views of the green surroundings.
